About Luke Norris, Founder and CEO
Luke Norris is the Founder and CEO of Peak. He is responsible for the company’s strategic direction and overall management. Under his expert guidance, Peak has consistently experienced triple-digit growth year over year since 2009. Prior to Peak, Mr. Norris was the Manager of the Integrated Operations Center at SunGard Availability Services, where he was responsible for the operations of over 5 million s.f. of data center space worldwide. While the Sr. Security Officer for Kroll Factual Data, Mr. Norris chaired the Mortgage Information Standards Maintenance Organization (MISMO) security group.
Mr. Norris holds two technology patents and was a nominee for the Denver Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 award in 2012. Mr. Norris was a distinguished presenter at both VMworld Barcelona and VMworld San Francisco in 2012, discussing “How to Transform Your Business with an Agile Data Infrastructure” and ways to integrate VMware’s vSphere/vCloud director suite with NetApp’s Clustered dataONTAP.
About Robert Darrow, VP of Operations
Robert Darrow is responsible for all operational and engineering activity, as well as the design and development of Peak’s operational support systems. Prior to Peak, Mr. Darrow was responsible for SunGard Availability Services’ Technical Operation Center, which delivered 24×7 incident management support. At SunGard, Mr. Darrow built a service delivery team to support the highest levels of service for enterprise customers and spent a year in India developing and executing a “Follow the Sun” support model. Before SunGard, Mr. Darrow held management and engineering roles at Inflow, a managed services provider based in Denver, Colorado. Mr. Darrow has a M.S. in Finance from the University of Colorado, and B.S. in Business Administration from Regis University.
About Josh Mariea , VP of Business Development
As Vice President of Business Development, Josh Mariea is responsible for Peak’s channel development, sales, and enablement strategies. Mr. Mariea was promoted to the role of Vice President after serving as Peak’s Director of Business Development from 2010 to 2011. Under his sales leadership, Peak grew sales over 300 percent and expanded the company’s customer base by over 5000%. Prior to joining Peak, Mr. Mariea served in several sales management roles at technology companies such as ISC and CenturyLink, providing advanced networking solutions to Government, Education, and Commercial markets. In his spare time, Mr. Mariea is surrounded by his wife and daughter, and he enjoys a variety of hobbies, including crossfit, skiing, snowboarding, cycling, and music. He holds a B.S. in Psychology from Colorado State University.
About Laurel Burton, VP of Marketing
As Vice President of Marketing, Laurel Burton is responsible for all aspects of Peak’s marketing, including branding, sales enablement, product marketing, online, public relations, and lead generation efforts in order to meet the company’s rapid growth demands. Prior to joining Peak, Ms. Burton served as Vice President of Marketing at ViaWest, a large colocation and managed services provider. During her tenure at ViaWest, she overhauled the company’s brand identity with award-winning logo, tagline and messaging, and she led a corporate website design and re-launch. Prior to ViaWest, Ms. Burton held management roles at Qwest Communications (now CenturyLink) in both product management and marketing. Ms. Burton holds both an M.S. in Telecommunications Engineering as well, as an M.B.A. from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Additionally, Ms. Burton earned her B.S. in Business Administration.

About Jack Tankersley, Board Member
Jack Tankersley has more than 30 years of experience as a venture investor and has raised and managed more than $1.0 billion of venture capital during his career. He is responsible for a number of highly successful investments in companies such as Crown Castle and Brooks Fiber Properties. Prior to founding Meritage, he co-founded Centennial Funds in 1981 and served as its CEO and/or CIO until 1997. His career began at the Continental Illinois Bank in 1974, where he joined its venture capital subsidiary in 1978. Mr. Tankersley is a Past President and Past Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Denver Area Council Boy Scouts of America’s Executive Advisory Board. He received an undergraduate degree with High Honors from Denison University and an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. He currently serves, and has previously served, on the Boards of Directors of various Meritage portfolio companies.
About David Solomon, Board Member
David Solomon has 14 years of operating and entrepreneurial experience, and 13 years of public accounting experience. He is a Founder and Managing Director of Meritage and currently serves on the Board of Meritage portfolio companies EdgeConnex, Digital Fortress, IP Commerce, and PeakColo. Formerly, he was the Executive Chairman of NuVox. He joined NuVox as CEO concurrent with Meritage’s investment in November 1999 and grew the company from annual revenue of less than $200,000 to more than $530 million. Windstream Corporation acquired NuVox in November 2009 in a transaction that valued the Company at approximately $643 million. Prior to NuVox, Mr. Solomon served as CFO at Brooks Fiber Properties immediately following the company’s formation in 1993, until its sale to WorldCom in 1998 for $3.4 billion. From 1981 to 1993, Mr. Solomon was in public accounting with KPMG.
About Phillip Francis, Board Member
Phillip Francis currently serves as Board Director for Transhumance Holding Company Inc., owner of the North American leader in lamb, Superior Farms, and other related investments. As President/CEO of several food processing companies, Mr. Francis delivered 6x ROI to private equity investors at International Diversefoods, tripled profits and ROI at Gallo Salame Division of Sara Lee Corp, and averaged 60% ROI with 25% compound annual sales growth at State Fair Foods Division of Sara Lee Corp. In addition to serving on boards, Mr. Francis is currently a Trustee and hands-on administrator for California and Nevada based HNW family trusts, providing strategic direction and management of financial and real estate assets, and coordinating services of senior accounting, tax, legal and financial advisors. A licensed CPA, Mr. Francis received an Executive MBA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas as well as a B.B.A. in Accounting from ASU in San Angelo, Texas.

William J. Marraccini is the founder and Managing Partner of Sweetwater Capital, a family office private equity fund. Sweetwater invests primarily in communications infrastructure service business, taking advantage of Mr. Marraccini’s distinguished track record of over 30 years as an entrepreneur and investor in many areas of wireless communications.
Mr. Marraccini was the founder, principal owner and long-time CEO of AAT Communications, the largest privately-owned communications tower operator in the U.S. He was also an original investor and served on the board of Metro One, the initial non-ROBOC cellular phone company serving New York City. Mr. Marraccini has successfully invested in companies in such diverse industries as rural cellular, PCS, private cable, distributed antenna systems, data centers, cloud providers and land and marine communications.
